Qui sommes-nous ?
Statice, a CDMO expert
in microtechnology and biocompatible
polymers at the service
of medical innovation

Nearly 50 years of know-how
Founded in 1978 in Besançon by three R&D engineers from the watch industry, STATICE was one of the pioneers of the industrial conversion of watchmaking to the medical sector.
STATICE is now a CDMO (Contract Design and Manufacturing Organization) recognized by the medtech industry for its innovation and production capabilities for medical devices.
Based in Besançon (France), the historic cradle of microtechnology and the capital of watchmaking, STATICE has acquired a wide range of know-how necessary for the development of innovative medical devices.
STATICE also relies on an exceptional ecosystem including the FEMTO-ST laboratory, leading engineering schools (Supmicrotech, ISIFC, UTBM) and a dense network of specialized subcontractors.
STATICE, a strategic player in the Regulatory Manufacturers service
With nearly 160 qualified and experienced employees, STATICE supports regulatory manufacturers in the development and production of innovative class I to III medical devices ready to be sterilized (implants, active devices, single-use invasive devices).
STATICE is a reference partner for start-ups as well as for SMEs or major companies.
The solutions provided address technically demanding domains such as cardiology, angiology, neurology, endoscopy, robotics, urology, gynécology, ophtalmology, orthopedy, oncology, laboratory, …
STATICE is ISO13485 certified and FDA accredited.

STATICE covers 4000 sqm, part of which is dedicated to production:
