STATICE santé,
R&D Department
3 engineers specialised in Microtechnologies, Biomaterials
and CAD and CAD/CAM design
Starting with your projects, and under the terms of a confidentiality
agreement , the team will discuss your product specifications with
you in order to draw up a
set of specifications setting out the stages of development from
the preliminary feasibility
study, through
the manufacturing study and the definition prototype. The product's
performances are validated by the manufacturing of a series of identification
prototypes.
This study is conducted in parallel to the taking into account of the
applicable standards and regulations. We are able to accompany you through
to the approval of the product. Each stage will be the subject of a prior
quotation.
The means used for the prototyping of your products
are:
CAD – SolidEdge, 2D formats: Dxf,
Dwg
3D formats: IGES, STEP, PARASOLID
Modelling by:
- stereolithography,
- loose powder sintering,
- silicone prototype moulding (dip, injection/transfer, compression)
- thermoplastic prototype moulding (prototype mould, prototype
injection moulding machine)
- CAD/CAM
- numerically controlled machining
- EDM,
- Wire and sinker,
- Prototyping on tooler's machines ,
- sandblasting,
- heat and surface treatment
- laser cutting and welding, Yag, Femtoseconde…
- assembly in clean rooms, class 100 and 10 000.
|
At the end of this stage you will have:
- A study file
- definition drawings,
- lists of parts,
- test notes,
- one or more prototypes
- instructions for use.
