The production manager is seconded in each of the departments by a department manager supported by foremen.

The pilot production run allows the production tools, the production procedures and the general inspection procedures for the products to be validated as well as the monitoring plans.

The manufacturing files resulting from the studies are entered into the CAPM system (Computer Assisted Production Management), which means it is possible to have manufacturing times from the first production runs thanks to the badging of the operations by the operators.

Similarly, the system allows, with the information entered such as the customer's firm or provisional orders, optimum inventory management by calculation of needs.

The system guarantees the monitoring of product traceability up and downstream.
From any batch, it is possible find all the products made with this material. For any finished product, it is possible to trace all the components.

The scheduling of the manufacturing orders also allows flexible planning that best meets customer's needs.
