Quotations
Based on the specifications, Statice Santé draws up a quotation
corresponding to the different stages of development of a project,
which sets out the cost of development, the time required, the terms
of payment, the period of validity of the offer, the ownership clause
relating to the payment of the service provided. |

Definition prototype
The definition prototype is the concretisation of the device featured
in the study file, which has been made up to fulfil the specifications.
These prototypes are made by conventional machining means and using
prototype moulds. |

Identification prototype
This is an improvement (if necessary) on the definition prototype
and the duplication of several specimens intended for use by the
different protagonists involved in the project:
- in vitro tests, fatigue, endurance…
- commercial preparation, demonstration, promotion…
- updating of the design file.
These prototypes are made in the same way as the definition prototype. |

Industrialisation
This stage consists of designing and making the tools to transform
the materials (moulds, cutting, stamping, extrusion tools…)
and designing and making the assembly and test tools. A pilot run
enables us to ensure that the manufacturing process is under control.
A manufacturing file is drawn up, including all the drawings of the
tools, the operating sequences and the purchasing specifications
for suppliers and subcontractors. |
