Our services :
After accepting your project, the design process comprises several steps.
STATICE can carry out all or part of the design, based on your needs.
The tools used are CAD, digital calculation, on-board software, etc.
Rapid prototyping is another tool used to assess project feasibility.
The customer receives the entire design dossier.
This consists of transferring your projects to the full scale production phase by performing a validation pre-production run.
- Creation of transformation tools for materials
- Validation of these tools (IQ OQ PQ)
- Creation of equipment assembly drawings
- Drafting of associated documents (inspection scope, manufacturing instructions, production flow, labelling)
- Validation of packaging materials (sachets, tubes or thermo-sealed blister packs)
Production dossiers from design are loading into the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning)
STATICE guarantees product traceability and is committed to archiving documents and records relating to the product for at least the product's lifetime.
